1) Extract Program

2) Open program

3) Set
-Low Recoil Gun
-Medium Recoil Gun
-High Recoil Gun

4) Open up BF Heroes

5) When your in-game press F6 to turn on and F6 to turn after you have finished the match/game.

this program was posted before, the only thing it does is to move the mouse down alittle bit after you fired the weapon, tried it before but it didnt work on BFH
