This is a gmod bypass that change sv_allowcslua, sv_cheats, host_timescale to AH_Allowcslua, AH_Cheats, AH_Timescale.
And changes the flags. And creates identical copies. And nulls the callbacks for the new AH cvars.

I didn't say it was a RAT or that it was malicious I was just saying that this is where the file was created from "C:\Users\Sabertooth\documents\visual studio 2010\Projects\gmcl_FileSteal_win32\" and I would be wary of using something from a folder called gmcl_FileSteal_win32.

We don't have the source for it and I don't know a reflector for dlls to get the source or I would.I don't understand why people don't just release the source at this point it's just leading to users getting infected.
