To change in-game health you have to be a host. You can do it private match or..you have to wait a bit till NightmareTX will update his Lobby Editor to be a host in Multiplayer/Squads.

Open the table, attach it to Ghosts process, click on MP tab and press Space, when you find a stat that you want to change, click on the value near to it, write desired value and press OK.

Ok seems simple enough but when I change the stat and hit ok, nothing happens in game? I think the part that I am messing up is hitting the MP tab, because im not sure what the MP tab is?

What im doing is opening up Ghosts, going to barracks-leadboards, opening up the table and attaching to ghosts process, going to the bottom of cheat engine window, scrolling down the bottom of the preloaded address till i get to the leaderboard addresses and then hitting space bar ( to activate ) and then editing the value. Yet nothing happens in game?

I apologize I know I am being a total noob here, but I have watched the tutorial videos from feep, and I understand the concepts of how cheat engine works, I just can't seems to actually edit the leaderboard info

Just edit value, don't hit Space.
