Okei, i got to open it, trying to give my self the ghillie suit, but how does this work?

Under "Squad member - Customize" - "Uniform (0-55)" change the the value to 45 for the Squad Member you want the Ghilie Suit.

Under "Loadouts" - "Squad Member 1-10" - "Loadout 1-6" change all seven perk groups to 31.

You don't have to tick all boxes, you have to change values.

This doesn't work anymore. They fixed with this release, now perks are stored server side. See this thread...

One of possible ways: experimenting.

Start with scan type "Unknown inital value"
Then use "Changed value" and "Unchanged value" to eliminate addresses.
When you got the address or a few potential ones; experiment with different values.
