If you're trying to open it in a browser, read the first post in the thread that shows you how to run clients. It shows you how to get it to load. Running it in flash projector is the preferred method.

I believe that you can. I havent looked at the fsv3 code in a while, but I believe there is just a multiplier on the variable that define the screen extents. in fsv2 it is set to 1

I posted a few things you could try to fix problems on the first post. Check the important stuff section. You could also try using the new version of the mod selector.
