A method which I know (I am unsure if it is the best, as I don't find myself needing to catch SWF's a lot) is the following:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Open AQWorlds as a normal player would.
3. Right click somewhere on the page and click "Inspect Element".
4. A new window should appear, select the "Network" tab.
5. Log on to AQWorlds and play as you normally would. As you see SWF's in the game, they will be filtered under that network tab.

If you still can't work it out, or want a better method, request for help here.

If you use Firefox, do this:

1. Open Firefox (duh)
2. Log in into AQW and play the game (duh)
3. Open a new window
4. Type in "about:cache?device=memory" (without quotes) then enter.
5. Look for the links that end with .swf and start with aqworldscdn.aq.com
