Stuck at splash screen Help

Hey Mpgh just wanted to know if u could help me out a bit am stuck at Splash screen when i click login everything goes fine but then i get stuck that splash screen thing and it does not move from there at ALLL
Please Help i have reinstalled already

Try and turn your anti-virus completely off, or add an exception to your AV for the AVA.exe

It may be your internet connection is slow and you just need to wait.

Try the AV off and see what happens.
