Mangum upgrade, the same that you will find in extinction, is called "widow maker".

My question is: even for someone of you weapon will spawn with no bullet? or better like for magnum give me no bullets and 6 bullet in clip but after relod bullet is gone and ammo pack will no recharge it and scavenger stop working for this weapon.

No nvm. I tried Solo match which is ONLINE. I can give myself weapons but the values are different i guess if its not private.

How can I use this? What should I do with the adress? Because I tried to do it with CE through add adress manually and then change the value to a certain number but nothing seems to happen.

Tryed in private match, adress is for 2 weapon ( also is the same adress posted in adress tread for extinction ), dont try value "55" L115 scopeless 'cuz crash the game. To find right value for weapons use ammopack and change only secondary, then read value , with some luky or spend more time you can find minigun value as well.
