Black ops 2 NoSteam

Hi guys, first of all, i got black ops 2 bought, and i wanted to know if i can copy the game from steam and make it nosteam to avoid any more downloads rather than DLCs and stuff.
If i there's no way to make steam version nosteam, can someone leave me a good link to download from?

Then why bother buying the official BO II ? Why not nosteam it ? You won't be able to play the DLC maps just by owning the files. You need to have em bought on your account aswell. Unless you're aiming for offline/private matches, then PlusOps is your best choice (google).
