i don't undersrtand anything about this tutorial... sorry im noob you should upload the dll or make it more understandable for people like me.

Change the first one (Number 22 if I remember correctly) to true.
It should be easy, and if you can't do it, maybe hacking isn't for you.

i did it like 5 times, each time i open my game it does nothing then i go back to that editing software and its unchanged. looks like it wont save.

Does it give you an error when you try to save it? You should be using Reflexil to save it, not Reflector's original save-function.
