The K9 is an amazing gun because it is cost-efficient at 800gp a day, and has three firing modes. Semi auto, for medium-long range "sniping", and burst for, well.... To be there! The hotkey to switch firing modes is the "F" key, by default.

K5 is the pistol, I like the Glocks better.

K3 is the machine gun, I like MINIMI or MK-48 better.

Actually, you made a few mistakes:

One the K1A is a assault rifle/SMG hybrid.

K3 and the other machine guns are the same, just lower ROF, faster ROF, etc.

The K9 is is a pistol, a simple handgun, it is also a survival rifle, use in emergency.
