It was approved because a moderator came and checked to see if it had anything bound to it, i.e a virus. Also, clearly you have issues reading, I'll help you out:

Gotcha, well I was curious because as you may have read they patched all DLL modifications so this MAY be one, but can't tell until approved :P

All of these posts give you a fine example of the state of the game and DLL modifications.

To People with no idea how to install this (I personally spent 15 minutes to find out how after stumbling across a screenshot...)
0- If your Rust is running, then close it for now.
1- Open the folder where your game is.
2- Open the folder called "rust_Data".
3- Open the folder called "Managed".
4- Backup the file called "Assembly-CSharp.dll", just in case you want to stop cheating afterwards. Either by renaming it or make a copy of it or both.
5- Put the dll you've just downloaded into the same folder.
6- Run the game!
7- Find out how to make the other functions work and please share it because I haven't figure that part out.
