There's always other positions with less responsibilites such as Editors and News Writers you can try for.

There is such thing as Moderator.
Moderator only applies to staff that have been minion/middleman for a certain amount of time, and have been promoted.
And for your Critic Force question, it was once a group I established for staff members and certain members to exclusively appoint facts and help others here. It is now open for all members to join and I hope everyone will motivate and inspire each other as one big family.
