That entirely depends on what your using to inject it with. The method bowen posted should be safe to use if you can figure it out.

Nice menu mate. Everything works fine except the noclip, ESP and fast walk. Nothing happens with ESP and noclip and fast walks makes your player push forward a couple notches when you hold W, it also isn't faster than the normal running speed. I really like the rest though, good work. +1

That's strange, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I was standing behind 3 enemies just now with ESP turned on, I tried both the simple ESP and the other. Separately and simultaneously and had no ESP appear on my screen at all. Any ideas as to why it's not working for me? The other hacks seem to be working fine.
