How do I fix combat arms hack crash?

Combat arms crashes on loading screen. when I try to inject fenix. my direct x and framework is up to date and my firewall is off and my cache is cleared and my DEP is off.

WHAT do i do to make hacks work? they used to work about a year ago.

Try to Cipher your .dill https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=501160, try to use the latest hack possible don't go for stuff released 2 days ago etc. That's basically only suggestion I can give.
