These are my laptop details. This laptop is about 1 year old. Yesterday, suddenly my laptop is very very slow. It took me more than half an hour (can't remember exactly) to boot up and shut down my laptop. This was also with restarting a few times. It is better now but still laggy. I have run a full system AV scan. I use Norton. The scan disappeared by itself so I assume it is completed. Was running for about 2 - 3 hours. I have went to Control Panel and deleted some unused programs but the problem is still here. Today it took me 20 minutes to launch my laptop with one restart. Sometimes it seems fine sometimes it is very slow. Help??
Memory and Disk are running at more than 50%. It fluctuates but always more than 50%. I noticed Google Chrome runs at almost 100MB memory also. Some service host file which are background processes are running at approx. 70MB memory. Norton is running at 200 - 400MB memory and 6.5MB/s disk. System is running at 2 - 6 MB/s disk. Are these normal?
The laptop is just 1 year old so Idk what is up with it. I'm also not really good at these technical things. Someone help
