Depends what you are trying to do with them. I cannot think of any way to remove the graying in game. But the non grayed versions should be kept as files in the game folders.

I couldnt find any in the archives either. Because if you could it would be as simple as editing the patch in the archive and repackaging it...

But at first i meant find a way to emulate unlock process for bg in order to it looked available at least.
for example, 10th prestige bg is not avaliable if your prestige <10 but when you change your lvl to 10 it is avaliable - so something happening at this moment and bg becoming avaliable.
