Well they have the same "scene".

Fanservice anime with a vampire plot. Problem is that vampire bund just replaced Rosario and the only people who still read the manga were hardcore fans.

I cant really tell because I saw Rosario anime and read the manga for VB.
But if I read Rosario manga I'd probably find the artwork much better. In all honesty, I think it is.
