Help with Pwnboxer

I need help converting an .swf to .exe so that it can run the client directly. When i make pwnboxer run the flash projector.exe it just open the blank projector and opening the client resizes the whole window, which defeats the purpose. If anyone that uses pwnboxer shared their method that would be nice too.

Tick the box that says something about borders. That should fix it

Yes, I do that and open all of the flashplayer.exe's but then when I choose the client from there it sets it back to normal size. After this I cant edit the size so it doesnt really work. If was was able to open all of the cleints instead of just flash projector It would work.
