First of all, you need to know how the coding language you want to use works. Like the stickies recommend, you should buy a book.

Learn a Language which will take along time. Its not an easy thing to do. I started learning like a month ago and still don't know shit..
If you want to create Trainers i recommend C# but if you want to do aimbots then C++ BUT aimbots take an extreme amount of time and learning so don't try until you know what you are doing.

First you will need to know a programming language. I will recommend you C++.
Then you need to know how the operating system works and handles with process and etc.
