I just got hacked

I don't know how, I never gave my password out because i'm not an idiot. I do play another game called Realm of the Mad God and it was recently hacked and everyones emails were exposed so maybe he got a hold of my Email and somehow knew I was playing AQW, I don't know.
Is there anything I can do?? I lost 20,000+ AC's worth of items, items from the first birthday, years of dedicated time put into that account.
Please someone help me

I know that there's a special way to members recover their accounts, asking to AE.
Just wait until some other member post the way here.

I got my account recovered, but I lost every item I had. I'm not sure what to do :/

Someone must have cracked your account. If that is the case, I am sorry that you chose a really crappy password.

You won't get your items back, they recall that they have no program to reset/give back all your items, sucks for you. All you can do is change your password to something decent and strong, scan your PC for any malicious programs/viruses, and just hope it doesn't happen again.

Pshh, that's just their excuse to not work with the players. If they did do that, it'd mean that they would have to work. And I mean really work. Imagine all of the requests they they would get. "Can I get this back?" "My acc wuz hax fix it" "I accidently sold this..."

That's total bullshit, they just don't care about their player base, and it's too much work.
