I've been hacked before and lost some items,here is a email of what they've said: "We last reset this account for you on November 6 after you had chosen to give your password out on a scam site. They can restore only if someone with a different ip/country actually loged in and did those stuff on you :P.
I'm pretty sure they don't. Just to back up what everyone else says, here's a some evidence why.

A. Unfortunately, we do not have a system in place to allow us easily to replace lost items. If you are a paid player, we may be able to view your AdventureCoins/DragonCoins/NovaGems/Z-Tokens/Varium/SoulGems/Artix Points spending history and look for irregularities. Here is our help page regarding lost items.

Nothing in this Agreement places a duty on Company to ever reimburse any player by providing experience credit for any experience lost for any reason. Company will never reimburse or be obligated to reimburse players for any experience loss in a monetary manner, such as but not limited to monetary reimbursement or monetary credit.
If you made a mistake and accidentally got rid of an item, you cannot have it back. If you lose all of your equipment/experience/in-game currency due to 'hacking', we cannot give it back to you. We just do not have a system in place to allow us to replace your equipment easily.

Sorry OP, but you're not going to get anything more back than you already have. You should feel lucky that you have an account 10x better than most people anyway (even after your items were lost)
