How to Use VB.net and Combine with Combat Arms

it's impossible hard to make hacks for combat arms(spam bot only) that work. i do not understand how you make hacks with VB. if you can make hacks, please send me a pm of how to make simple chams or something with it that works to test it out.

Chams are D3D9 hooks, they are possible in .Net but relitivly hard. Memory hacks are also somewhat easy, but needs a bypass... (I need to prove my hypothesis)
