No, the ONLY thing you can do is withdraw to bank and NOTHING else. You can only send their available funds to a bank account.

I also have 2 paypal account that are limited (Fake info and so on). Though i'm pretty sure there is no way you can withdraw to bank since it's fake info. If there is please tell me how.

After waiting for 65 (maybe 45) days or so, you'll get the option to withdraw to a bank account. Google it.

Unless you have dispute on spending, you do not have to wait days to transfer money into bank account as soon as you're limited.
However it states that the name of the owner of the bank account has to be same as on paypal. I know so since paypal limited all my paypal account for multi-account. I was able to get my money back on my main account, but not on the others where i've used a random name.

Try to withdraw the money; you have to enter your bank info, but you can't change the name. Also if you google "Paypal limited with fake name" you'll see that many has gone through that

I can't do that, I don't have any bank account and even if I had, Iran is sanctioned by US. That's why it got limited in the first place.
