did new patch bring an anti cheat?

new call of duty ghosts patch was released on 2/14/2014 was wondering if it brought with it an anti cheat such as vac or another program. infinity ward hasnt released notes yet and said they wont untill later this week im assuming after ban wave goes thro. anyone knowing code could look into game files and see? oh and version name for new patch is 3.7.6.2

It brought the bans anti-cheat was here with the prev. patch.

Herp, maybe check your profile? i was getting the same error even tho everything is meant to be working, when i went to profile it says "1 VAC ban(s) on record | Info"

ok i waited till 12:30and logged on im playing online just fine i was using tghe following hacks on an every day basis
.net external esp hack and project multi tool. and name changer
i also used these in the past 2 weeks
resetter, equiper, and xp lobby maker , ultimate unlocker, from this site.
i never used an fov changer and in the infinity ward post brought up last week about the security update, there was alot of talk of an fov changer being bannable. and there is another post on here talking about someone was banned. and he included an fov changer in his list of hacks. so t looks like the main thing that got people banned was the fov changer. so thankfully i wasnt banned. is it confirmed though is vac now in ghosts? will all hacks be detectable now? idk if i can play with esp hack

VAC was enabled a couple weeks ago, take a look at the steam store page for ghosts

ah didnt know that. but the esp was still undetectable right? i mean for the most part i havent been banned yet so. do u think updates will be made or will it be like black ops 2 no esp?

no clue, vac delays bans so no one knows if it picked up the signature or not just yet. i wouldnt run it until master updates it for sure

Imo I wouldnt use the .net external esp(by master).. it was the only tool I was using and thats what I got banned for. Can't guarantee that you will get banned tho, but if I did, I'm I'm pretty sure others will. Just remember vac delays bans. So 2-3 weeks after they turned vac on (patch 3.6.5?) Is when the first wave of bans hit. Like Slaytanic said, DONT run it until master updates.
