Update to someone scamming me, If I need to I will give an account name but only to an admin.
User claimed he was a valid buyer and agreed to pay me full amount for service from Silver 4 to Gold 5. After a fraction of the payment ($25 payment) I got the account to Silver 1 54 LP, upon which I asked for the rest of the money. He refrained from giving me money and become incompetent to talk to. I intend on following up on this case until justice is served. I have a variety of screenshots ready at my disposal.

ilga96 threatens me with an admin on this website that he will ban me for apparently scamming him when I got him to silver I 54LP from silver 4 86Ish LP with out any payment.

these 2 pictures are the money that he lied about, the first picture from when he said he did not have any money in his paypal, but he did( i had a friend ask about it ). The second picture is what he showed me he had in his paypal.

This is the guy who tried to scam me and disputed 1/4 of my payment when I did 85% + of the job done. Don't trust this guy for anything please.
He has a number of complaints about him scamming if you look at his recent posts.

I looked over the files you posted and all the chat logs. To be completely honest it doesn't look like he was scamming you. It look like you are being selective in your information and it looks like he just didn't appreciate the fact that you kept changing the deals around after you both agreed.Also from my point of view it looks like you were being a dick. I don't see how you find I have been being a dick to him as because I did 3 divisons already and I haven't received any money at all. He refunded $25 from me. Chat logs? What chat logs? I haven't talked to him on MPGH until as of now. Stop trying to back up yourself or your friend.
