    Can't Open Anything

    hey guys can someone help me with my comp?
    i cant open anything except for folders
    but exe programs and stuff dont work
    even my system restore everything opens as hex editor :O
    so can anyone help me and say what to do for fixing it

    what error do you get when you try to open stuff? because you might have one of those fake AV programs.
    go to
    C:\Program Files\
    and look for 'Windows Police Pro'
    tell me if its there or not.
