Steam Games Not Working

Well I have this fucking problem with my steam games. EVERYTIME I start CS:S or I think that anything that runs with hl2.exe I get an error. I get that "Don't send." I have already tried uninstalling it and installing both the game and Steam itself. I can't access the Steam Forums because I get another fucking error and the error is "Microsoft C++ Visual Error." If you guys need ScreenShots to see what the error is I will post it.

I also have another fucking error with Internet. Everytime I try to login into hotmail or gmail and when I press login with my user name and pass I get that dam "Don't Send/Debug" error >_>.

Can anybuddy please help me? Because I wanna play CS:S and I have missed quite a few days and I mean about 1 week 5 days.
