The best thing to report for is if u get threaten in game -
like i will kill u and ur family etc..

Yeah, but I believe that most of the persons that send some time in the tribunal don't actually pay attention to its content. They just click "guilty".
So for a person to be ban I think and hope that Riot investigate the account else much more people would be banned and a lot for no true reason.
Then if you explain and/or quote at least, you increase their chance to get banned.
