As I title says, I have PBE account with almost everything, some runes are missing that aren't that important, got all champs and majority of skins that are cool. Some limited skins.

Has 7k IP but barely no RP, however they changed pbe, so now you don't get RP and IP weekly, but new content is 1ip (skins, champs) but normal RP price is there to comparison to live. It's gold 4 right now with 55% ~ win ratio

Im looking for : A decent, playable account on EUW that has some what champions + runes, I don't care about skins, as long as its playable for ranked its okay
