I've been feeling really heavy and depressed lately, mainly because I've been losing weight and reducing sleep.
The following left me with the need for sleep and relaxing stuff, but I can't miss more than one day and night.
I've got my friend to prepare me a joint, I got thea, and a cold bath, but I feel as if it won't be enough.
Does anyone know any other methods that calm your body? p.e: food, activities, perhaps even drugs, medicines, everything.
I'm really desperate, the lack of sleep and a non-changing routine is taking down my confidence, making me feel down and suicidal thoughts are randomly popping up. All help is truely truely appreciated.

Oh no, music, another reason for me to have decreased sleep. I usually listen to calm music before I go to sleep but I realised I end up listening for hours without knowing, and then I have this stupid earpod stuck under me or (in) my sheets, annoying as hell. No music for me mate, thanks though.
EDIT: Nevermind, listened to the song, went straight on my playlist.

Yea whatever you said about the earphones was correct, sometimes I wake up in the morning with earphones tied all around my neck, but I love to listen to this when I can't sleep at night and I have alot of stress on my mind. It really helps me calm down and relives my stress away, hope it works for you too mate. Feel better soon!

Personally when I'm stressed, I just jog. Just straight up jog, doesn't matter how much time or distance. Then just go home and have a cold shower then eat something. Once i jogged about 12 miles without even knowing. It's a real good escape. Another escape for me is lifting.
Now I assume you do both as you are trying to lose weight. So I would just recommend chilling with some of your homies. Don't be scared to open up, humans are naturally social animals. My advice is stay away from drugs. If you get used to letting off stress through drugs, you will become addicted. Every time you have a rough time you will find yourself doing drugs. That's why I recommend staying away from them.
As for the lack of sleep, I don't know what to say dude. Maybe stop eating and physical activities after 7-8 o'clock. Also, consider doing qigong meditation. Really helpful for anyone in any situation.

Always loved Hans Zimmer, never knew he had this track. @Ferris Bueller Yeah, jogging used to be that, but honestly, its starting to get on my nerves. Been doing that for nearly one year straight, if I come home with less than 15kms in 45 minutes, I get sad, if I get more, I get tired and can't recover enough due to the lack of sleep. I should have been in bed 4 hours ago, I'm screwed tomorrow at school. The drugs part is where I agree, but I honestly don't think a man could rest enough in one day without actually using weed, I mean, even the legendary Bolt does that for what I know. Not getting addicted is one of my positive scores, no worries about that. I have this set-up where I do push-ups, set-ups, pull ups and all that before I go to sleep, which I really blame for a big part too.
