it teleports you anywhere in the map

I downloaded it and I opened it and it pops up with a file with the Hotkeys then the Outcome then Value. So, now how to I make it work with Warrock? I can't check the boxes next to the Hotkeys. And is the Weapon Values all the weapons you get on Warrock? Also, I play Warrock in US so, do I need Korean Warrock for this to work?
