Why no Ammo without host?

Could someone please explain to me why there are external hacks for zombies and multiplayer that grant you aimbot, rapid fire and esp without the need to be HOST, but NO ammo hacks?

As the host you have access to everyone's adresses and data, because you need to collect it and send it to IW. As a regular player, you can only change values on your screen, but since the host didn't receive that data, it doesn't work, nor does it change anything.

Right. So how comes Rapid Fire and AimBots work without host?
