    Silver II EUNE account for a fresh Level 30 Unranked NA account

    Title says it all. I'm looking for a fresh Level 30 Unranked NA account. Must have at least 15,000 IP/400 RP on the account and no Champions/Skins must have been bought on it. I'm willing to trade one for my Silver II (Gold last season) with 56 Champions/12 Skins and 5 Rune Pages. See Champions below (screenshot).
