EDIT: Zoom in one the back of the PCB where the sticker is and it says 1GB DDR3 instead of 2GB. Fault or dodgy do you think?

That's a GT650 not a GTX650, that series is old as hell, and therefore priced accordingly.
Edit: Apparently it IS a GTX 650, and the seller is just an absolute fuckwit.

It's a GTX 650 but has 1GB of VRAM.
I can also imagine this isn't an official Nvidia Card.
The logo they use isn't even correctly colored
Could just be the camera.
