Adding To Your Post?

First of all, I do not know if this is the correct place to post this thread but this was the closest I found after 5 minutes of research (Yes, I am lazy.)
How do I add permanent text to the bottom of my posts.
Example:

And that stays there in all my posts unless I change it.
