Spas 15 Dragon and SA58 PARA Black Bear

Is it possible to get Spas 15 Dragon or SA58 PARA Black Bear permanently? At least i never saw any of these weapons permanent... Some help about this would be appreciated...

I'm sure anything Dragon or Tiger do not exist as perm because they used to be timed only for the top clans, and they are more common as timed in tiered spenders. I might be unsure though, because I don't check the tiered spenders often.

Blackbears did exist as perm from their release, but not as common now.

Both the Tiger Series and the Dragon Series were only released as temporary weapons, for clan members, during the IJJI Times (if I'm not mistaken).
The BlackBear Series, however, I didn't know they were released as permanent weaponry. I always thought they were always temporary..

I know for sure that they did have perm Backbear weapons because they did the mystery boxes for them. I remember this very well because Aeria was dumb enough to list the Blackbear Grenade as a possible perm item (which isn't true at the time), and people on Aeria forums joking about 0% percent Blackbear grenades (obviously perm grenades now don't have a durability, but it was a fun read).

I forgot to add... the BlackBear mystery boxes was up for sale the same time we had the update that introduced these guns. So people with Blackbear perm weapons obtained them from that same mystery box.

But then again... it's possible that permanent was never an option in those boxes... Just got to wait and see if anyone can provide proof.
