    Drag a normal/hacked client (.swf file) onto it if you want to use your the client on Steam(it will replace the Steam client).

    Haven't checked if this answered, but you can only get banned if you have debuffs turned off and someone has a video recording of hits not inflicting effects.

    It looks like an application based on the .Net framework, so it might not work on Mac, unless it's compiled using Mono..
