If you're having problems:
Start CA first, after hackshield finishes loading run your injector. Or use an injector with a delay.

Do exactly what I tell you to do:

To be honest, you can make the account from anywhere, but to be able to play it you have to either use a VPN or Proxy.
If you want to play Combat Arms you have to play the EU version, if you want to play the NA version then you have to have a VPN or Proxy.Thank/Rep me If I helped.

How do you get rid of the hack menu? It shows up but can't get rid of it while playing.
