What means Barracks

Hey Guys,

I am german and i dont understand barracks ( i heard it in some Posts)
e.g "Those are not bannable if you use them properly, use them while you are at the Barracks and not in game. Close the hack before you go in game."

Means it that you open a game at Window Mode ?

Can somebody explain it (in English or German)

I guess from the quote you posted, it means like when you're in the main menu/inventory screen. Not in-game when you're actually playing
