For what can i be banned and for what not? Singleplayer || Zombie || Multiplay

I have just programmed a working mw3 singleplayer trainer. I don´t play it anymore, so i thaugt, lets try. Now, i want to make a bo2 singleplayer trainer, vs bots eg.
But i play the game very often, so i dont want to risk being banned. But when i see you guys here posting all adresses and pointers, then i dont know, should I try?
I am finding adresses via cheat engine, can i get banned for this, in singeplayer bot match? And when yes, is there a gamemode where i cant get banned? Or can I just get banned for editing the values with my hack or cheat engine? So could anyone anser, how safe it is to hack memory in bo2 multiplayer, zombie and singeplayer?

You can get banned in every game mode, even at the main menu..
They're enabled(VAC, atleast) accross the whole game..

Thank you, and why did you all dont get banned? I dont know, what do you mean, should i try it? I dont want to hack to become an advantage over other players, but i am sure vac makes no difference. I just want to test my skills, if I am good enough. Any idea for my situation?

I got banned on my main without ever hacking
Most of the hackers on BO II get banned.
If you're scared of getting banned, don't hack. The disappointment will hit you if you're scared and you will go full rage-mode
