"Unable to connect to host" Error

I was working on getting my NAT open so i decided to restart my router.. 2-3 games after restarting it my NAT was open and i try to join a game and it says unableto connect to host i restarted the game and steam and still its the same error and my nat is back to moderate which at this time i dont care i just want to play the game Any solutions?
