Just play safe. Don't be so obvious while using hack or You will be reported by other players. Use it smart.

It's not detected, and never will be because all it does is making Your connection lag/connect/disconnect.

You have like 10-15 seconds before You will be kicked out to lobby.

Search for: Ghost Recon Phantoms Hack Teleport on youtube, so You will se this in action, and try to pause game not for the long time (like on video)

There really isn't a hack that is safe forever.
Capa's stuff works well but you need to play it safe, if you get reported say bye-bye
