    VPN (Virtual Private Network)

    I believe that with all the games going around, some of which have IP blocks on them, a forum section containing VPN'S to different countries would be useful to people that are interested in foreign IP blocked games.

    Actually most are. You just need to know the server. If you know that than all you need to do is apply as guest.
