Help in beginner cracking?

So, I am a newb cracker, and I was hoping someone could help me a bit. I have not cracked a single account so far, and I'm thinking it's my pw list fault. Does anyone have a good pw list they could post here? Back to the point. I am using EggCrack and Exor to get my proxies, and I have a question? How many proxies should I use for a 57000 username list? Also, how many pw's. BTW, i don't have a million laptops to use, I only have one that I can leave on for a max of five days in a row. So, any tips that can help me? Thanks.

@RD360 Okay I can give you a few pointers I suppose
#1 Proxies:
For about every 500 usernames you should have 1 proxy.

#2 Password list:
You should always have a good password list. A trick that seems to work quite a bit is that you can use their usernames for passwords also but depending on the size of the list it will take quite a while. I have a pretty generic list that seems to work on average about 1 for every 300 approximately.

So yeah those are the ones I usually use. BUT if you don't like that you can download the 10k password list from here and sort it out so only 6 CHARS and above are in it. Because minecraft has changed to were you need 6+ CHARS for your password.

The username grabber is fine. You should update your password/proxy list regularly for the best results.

I have one problem though. When I scrape with weepcraft, it says like 1000 something usernames scraped on 5 different servers that I use. But when I put the scraped.txt into EggCrack it says only 800 accounts trying to crack? Why? It should be around 5000 - 6000.

This may be because it is overriding the text file. Try force updating weepcraft and try again. If that doesn't work, try doing the scrape thing with the same letters all the time

Example: Scrape newb

This will save the usernames under scraped but for me it saves all of them from all servers. Another problem could be that some of the users aren't premium or recognized by the cracker/Mojang because their email isn't confirmed yet.

Passwords ARE NOT the problem most people face when cracking. Cracking requires A FUCKING TON of proxies. Get a list of 1,000 or more and then start. If you have any less than that you're never going to get through any decent sized list.
