I apologize for my above statements...honestly dont know what I was thinking at the time..finally did some research.

Sadly, the sniper is not a true Muslim, because he did not follow the rules of combat (Yes, Muslims have them!)

Allah says in the Qur'an what means:

*{Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but begin not hostilities.Lo! Allah loves not, aggressors.}* (Al-Baqarah 2:190)
