AVA Surprising Lag N2?!

Hi guys.
Today I've changed my settings I changed something I do not know why and it started make lag like this:
1-8 sec of game play
1 sec - lag
2 sec - well
3 sec - well
4 sec - well
5 sec - well
6 sec - lag
7 sec - lag
8 sec - well
and it reppeats
Everything at settings it is at LOW and DISTABLED. Before I done something it was working as like a boss hehe but now it just laggy and THAT makes me angry...
Laptop Acer Extensa 5235 _ 32 Bit Windows 7 (x64 bit hacks working I dont know how), 2,1 GHz + 2 GB Ram + Intel Celeron T3500 + Intel GMA 4500M

It laggy just at few moments then 5-7 sec no lag, then lag for 2 sec etc etc...
Forgot to say : 18-24 FPS + 70-140 ping normally I have now. Cannot play nothing! Screen freeze for 1-2 seconds and then I see I am OWNED.
That must stop!!!

1. I made 2nd thread because you closed the 1st one and I do not have time to dispute with you at PM.
2. Who said it is "Solved"?
3. The game was working very good, I did something and it changed started lag.

I do not know... As I remember it was to change mouse sensitivty because it just sucks... [ ] they dont work

I would sugest you to do... maybe a system restore. Try it and answer me.

Clean your PC ccleaner. Try to change back video settings to "normal" and see what happense (more lagg or no lagg)
