Anybody got unbanned from punkbuster?

I wanted to transfer my BC2 from old account where I was banned in BF3. And meanwhile I was waiting for advisor to connect, I started BF3 and used Quick Match option. I thought that as soon as I connect to a server I will be kicked, but no. I played almost for an hour without being kicked. Also tried using server browser, made sure that servers are with pb protection and tried to connect again (tried ~8 servers), and you know what? IT WORKS. I'm playing for 3 hours already - no kicks. (PB protected servers!)
I was banned from PB for MD5 tool #9002 (A year ago or even more).
But still if to check my GUID on pbbans, you can find it there.
Whats going on?

Sometimes they roll out false bans that only last from a day to a week.

Well, I was actually cheating.
And got kicked with that reason just right at the moment when I injected .dll. I don't really think it was false one.
But anyway, thanks.
