you need 1000 posts first before you can get a name change.
500 for text title
1000 for name change
1337 for image title

Well you actually have to get the amount. After you do, you don't have to wait in between to ask for another change.

e.g. once you get 1337 posts, you can ask for image title and still ask for it again
