You have a XenForo example(in this case xenforo's official community website), and a vBulletin example(in this case MPGH.NET).
Use this as you want.

With version 5vBulletin not work?

Didn't try with vBulletin 5, only MPGH's vBulletin version(v6 if I'm not mistaken).

MPGH is running on v4.5 I believe plus there's no vBulletin 6, only 5.
